Care Tips

Beautiful wood is built to last — if you give it the care it deserves. Here’s your quick guide to keeping it smooth, strong, & stunning.

hand wash.

Use mild soapy water to hand wash. Do not fully submerge in water, & avoid abrasive brushes. Dry thoroughly with a towel & let air dry before storing it away.

wax/oil often.

After washing, give it a nice oil bath to avoid drying out. Apply a thin layer of food safe mineral oil or beeswax and rub it in well with a cloth. Let it absorb for 15 minutes & then buff off the excess oil.

Quick shifts in temperature can warp or harm the wood & resin. To avoid any scratches or cracks, avoid direct heat, & do not cut directly on the resin part of your board.
